Shipping & returns
Where we deliver
We deliver to all 27 governorates of Egypt. The delivery fee and estimated delivery time for your governorate are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order confirmation
We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before it ships.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before paying.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a bottle arrives broken, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and product. We’ll send a replacement or refund you.
Returns
Because O-Live is a food product, we can’t accept returns of bottles that arrived in good condition, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds for online payments
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or wallet provider may take several business days to show the refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
